Le Fruit de MONIN Ruby Grapefruit captures the zesty, exotic citrus notes akin to Ruby Grapefruits. Ruby Grapefruits are a natural highbrid of sweet oranges and a Pomelo. Le Fruit de MONIN Ruby Grapefruit is perfect in lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Intense, zesty citrus aromas with rich, bitter marmalade on the palate.

- Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for Frappés and milkshakes, depending on recipe
