How long do orders take to arrive?
We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. Standard delivery currently takes 2-3 working days (due to intermittent COVID-19 courier delays). Catering equipment and coffee machines will likely take slightly longer. Accurate lead times are shown on each product page.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £100, or just £4.99 + Vat if you spend less than that. Coffee machines and catering equipment include free delivery, however delivery times may be slightly longer for these items (generally 2-5 working days). Delivery times are shown at checkout. There are no delivery charges for subscription orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer this as a service, however we plan to introduce it soon.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that the above applies to our coffee beans, home brewing equipment (excluding espresso machines and electric grinders) and consumables, for full details of our commercial and domestic equipment return policy please see our full returns policy on our checkout page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit / debit cards through our SSL Secure, 100% PCI compliant checkout pages. You may also pay using PayPal for "one time purchase" orders by selecting the relevant option at checkout. However, unfortunately we are unable to accept paypal payments for subscription orders at this time.
Do you offer any wholesale services?
Yes we do! If you run a coffee shop, catering or retail business we'll be happy to hear from you. If you'd like to stock our coffee simply let us know via our wholesale page and we'll be in touch to discuss what we can do for you. We also offer complete solutions that include catering equipment and coffee machines.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Of course! We send a VAT invoice with all deliveries.
How do subscriptions work?
Simply head to our subscription page, choose your preferred coffee, brewing method and delivery interval and enjoy an exciting new roast each month, with free delivery! You also receive a 10% discount on your first bag. You can change the delivery intervals or cancel at any time.
Can I edit my subscription?
Of course! You can edit everything from the "My Account" tab at the top of every page. You can change delivery intervals, update card details, change quantities and even skip deliveries in advance if you're planning a trip away. And of course you can cancel the subscription if you wish.
