Delivery Times
Our general delivery times and rates are as follows.
Standard 2-3 Working Day Delivery - £4.99 + Vat or free when you spend £100 (ex Vat)
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday) - £7.99 + Vat
If Next Working Day Delivery is chosen for an order placed over the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the upcoming Monday (excluding bank holidays) via a next day service.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to guarantee a next day delivery service to the following remote or rural areas: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-21, G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH17-99, TR21-25 or Eire (Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly Isles, Orkney & Shetland.

Christmas 2024 Extended Returns
This year our recommended cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 2pm on Friday 20th December, via our Next Working Day service. Orders placed after this may still arrive in time for the big day, however we cannot always guarantee this due to how busy the couriers are during this time.
For orders placed between 1st November & 24th December, you can return your order for a refund or exchange* up until 15th January.
Returns
Please note that returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. This means that items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged. If in the unlikely event an item is received damaged, please email our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt, detailing the damage and preferably with a photo of the damage to the following email address - hello@clumsygoat.co.uk
*Unfortunately, commercial products (machines, grinders & catering equipment) fall under our standard commercial returns and refunds policy, and are generally exempt from return. Details can be found by following this link -
