Speedy delivery, was very pleased as another site had let me down. Came well packaged and although it took a while to get dialled in properly now its working really good. Recommend Eureka and Clumsy Goat Coffee.

NEW - Eureka Mignon Zero Low Retention Home Coffee Grinder - Black

Having used a hand grinder previously with my sage barista express, the Eureka Mignon Zero has been a game changer for my coffee routine.

It's incredibly quiet in comparison to previous bean to mug machines, and the built in sage grinder I have used in the past. Think electric razor, a slight buzz.

It grinds very well and is (after the initial dial in) very simple to tweak small amounts of coarse/fineness.

The bellows seems to do a good job of clearing retained grounds, but does need a bit of force and a couple of attempts to get it all. On a 16g dose I tend to get 15.9-16g in the portafilter which is very good in my opinion and with a small 2g purge before each dose I am confident that only fresh grounds make it into my portafilter.

This combined with the ease of dialling in has been reflected in the quality of my espresso, whuch has vastly improved using the Mignon Zero.

My only criticism is that the instructions are not the clearest, the Italian ones are better, but if you can't speak Italian it's probably not much comfort to you! That being said, it's a fairly simple machine and after half an hour of experimenting you'll be set up and happy.

All in all I can't recommend it enough, it grinds well, quietly and seems to be genuinely low retention.

A really well made piece of equipment, grinds perfectly for espresso.
It’s the first time I’ve had good coffee from my gaggia baby and it’s due to the mignon zero. Just wonder how well the rubber bellows will standup to constant use, but apart from that I’m very pleased so far
