We offer free standard delivery on commercial catering equipment, with most items arriving within 2–5 working days. Expedited delivery is also available—just get in touch for details. Some larger or specialist items may take a little longer, but any extended lead times will be clearly shown at checkout.

Standard delivery (2–5 working days) is free for UK catering equipment orders. Expedited and next working day delivery options are also available—costs can vary, so please contact us for details.

We gladly accept returns for regular consumer orders. However, commercial catering equipment is considered special-order and is therefore exempt from return. We strongly recommend ensuring the item you choose is the perfect fit for your needs before placing an order—our team is always happy to help if you’d like advice or support beforehand. Gamechanger!

I bought the Rancilio Silvia E V6 & Eureka Zero as a combo from CG and I couldn't be happier. Despite the reviews and general online consensus, the machine heats up quickly (around 5 mins) and make outstanding coffee. The Mignon grinder is fast and quiet, and is so easy to clean and keep in good shape.

Would 100% reccomend this combo from CG. Their service has been brilliant any time ive been in touch, and the pricing is hard to beat too!

This was a replacement for a Sage smart grinder, the difference is huge both in build quality of the grinder and its performance, with the added bonus of being very quiet too. Would recommend for sure ( both the grinder and clumsy goat)

Excellent quality grinder, quiet, awesome grinding consistency producing 18g in 9.2 seconds. This is. Huge step up. The fork is not so good for Sage 54mm integrated portafilters, so removed the fork, you can get mods for this on Etsy. The price was competitive and the staff were amazingly flexible when I needed to change the colour before they shipped it. Really nice humans at the of a phone!
