About the Product

Le Fruit de MONIN Banana brings the distinctive flavour notes of vanilla, honey and rum which are associated with bananas. The texture of MONIN Banana le fruit is thick and rich. Bananas are one of the most well-known of the tropical fruits. They originated from Australia and are now grown in 135 countries. Le Fruit de MONIN Banana can be used in a variety of beverages from Frappés, Cocktails and mocktails.
  • Flavour: Ripe banana notes on the nose with hints of vanilla, caramel and rich honey on the palate.
  • Used in iced beverages from Frappés, iced chocolates to cockails and mocktails.
  • Use 15-30ml per serve for cocktails, 30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, or 15ml for iced teas and lemonades, depending on recipe.
  • Contains 50.1% banana puree. Natural flavourings. Suitable for vegan, vegetarian diets. Alcohol-free, Halal, Kosher. Shelf stable: 18-24 months before opening and 4 weeks after opening in a clean, dry at room temperature (<25 ° C)
  • Volume: 1 litre PET bottle

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.
