Brilliant service and customer relations

I bought a cold brew coffee pot for my son’s birthday but when he opened it two weeks after delivery he found that the lid was cracked. I contacted Customer Services and dealt with Laura who sorted out the problem immediately. A replacement coffee pot was sent to my son within a day or two. My son is very pleased with the coffee pot.
