What sets this Atom apart is the addition of Eureka patented grind by weight technology, enabling extreme precision, reduced waste, and improved coffee flavour. A stand-out grinder for medium-high volume outlets.

The Grind By Weight system is a feature normally found on much more expensive grinders, such as the Mahlkonig E65 GBW, which retails well above £2,000.

You can expect a grinder that's very easy to dial in, with impressive grind consistency, & quiet operation, less coffee waste and strong reliability.

At the heart of the Atom W is Eureka’s patented grind-by-weight system, delivering exact doses directly by weight for zero waste and maximum precision. This ensures every shot is consistent, whether single, double, or triple.

Its intuitive touchscreen allows baristas to switch between doses effortlessly, even mid-grind, keeping service fast and efficient. Silent Technology reduces noise, creating a calmer working environment, while the all-purpose fork supports hands-free use.

With ACE anti-clumping technology, stepless micrometric adjustment, and “high-speed” burr maintenance, the Atom W 75 makes daily operation smooth, clean, and efficient.

How long do orders take to arrive?

We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Selected commercial catering equipment and commercial coffee machines may take slightly longer; this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Freight orders and palletised deliveries are typically sent via the pallet network.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.

Very consistent machine

We’ve enjoyed the switch from a Sage Oracle Touch to this Rancilio Silvia Pro X. It’s a bit more hands on to make a coffee but it’s a much more consistent machine, quicker to make say 2-3 drinks at a time - more power in the steam boiler. A really good solid machine.

Pezzitti 2 cup moka pot stainless steel

It's not easy to find a 2 cup moka pot made of stainless steel AND can be used on Induction!
I found this one at Clumsy Goat and ordered it
Immediately. It doesn't always work on the induction, have to move it about, and I have found out that a wider based pot is better than a small narrow one from a coffee expert on YouTube. But alas, the wider based ones come in aluminium!
