The Botticelli Dual Boiler is a great option for low volume commercial or domestic settings that are looking for a reliable machine that looks great, has fantastic build quality, the flexibility and consistency of PID temperature control, has dual boilers for better shot and steam consistency and doesn't attract too much cost. 

It is a dual boiler machine with a rotary pump, 0.6L coffee boiler, 1.8L steam boiler and 2.9L water tank. It also features an anti burn steam arm and anti burn hot water pipe, which are really nice additions.

The PID system is an electronic form of temperature regulation that is much more consistent than a mechanical switch. In addition to improved temperature stability it also allows you to adjust the temperature, which is handy for dialling in different roasts.

The machine is also equipped with a competition shower screen and filter baskets, for improved performance.

It is a very solid machine for the price, and offers a great user experience for advanced users who want incredible consistency, along with the ability to adjust temperature to their liking.

Another benefit is that you have the option to use the internal water tank, or to connect the machine to a mains water supply, which makes it much more capable in a low volume commercial setting. Please note that we would strongly recommend using an external water filter if connecting to the mains. We can supply these on request.
