Great Grinder

I found this grinder to be quieter than my previous grinder. I really like the single dosing option as well as the regular 'enough for 1 day' grind. My wife is very impressed with the lack of coffee ground spilt onto the counter top. And I am particularly happy with the anti-static feature.
This grinder grinds a perfect amount for my mocha pot. It does it quietly, cleanly and with almost zero spillage.

Amazing service

Really impressive response to a delay in the delivery which was due to the delivery company loosing the item (a coffee grinder) in transit. Clumsy Goat without any fuss arranged for another grinder to be delivered by next day courier. I think the real test of a company is how they handle issues. 10/10 to Clumsy Goat. Thank you !!!

How long do orders take to arrive?

We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Selected commercial catering equipment and commercial coffee machines may take slightly longer; this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.

Game changer!

i thought a coog coffee machine and grinder were the most important pieces of kit in my coffee business but this is a game changer! Doesn't take up much room, really sturdy and plenty of capacity no matter how busy you are. It may look a bit pricey for essentially a bin but oh my word. it's worth every penny!

Beautiful machine with small footprint

The machine was easy to set up. It took a while to get the coffee grind right, this is my third espresso machine and each is different from the last. The PID made adjustments to the brew easy. I’m loving the steamer and that I can control the volume of steam. It’s still early days and im enjoying experimenting.

A substantial piece of kit

I went for the large size. Glad I did as it allows the puck to fall into the base without touching the knock bar - saves cleaning! The unit stays in place during use aided by the nice foam base.
