Professional Group and Filter Holder
One of the standout features of the Rancilio Silvia is its commercial-grade components. The Silvia is equipped with a commercial grade 58mm portafilter and solid brass saturated group, which provides great temperature stability and excellent compatibility with most grinders, plus portafilter upgrades, such as VST baskets.

I had an excellent experience with Clumsy Goat. The price was good, ordering was straightforward. The product was delivered on time with no damage to the packaging. The Silvia works perfectly. Coffee is excellent. I use a Sage smart grinder pro. I previously had a Gaggia Tebe III (similar to Classic). The coffee is as good if not better. The build quality and materials used make for a quality feel, much more so than the Tebe. I would happily recommend Clumsy Goat Coffee and the Rancilio Silvia.

Service and delivery from Clumsy Goat was speedy and efficient - would definitely purchase from them again!! The machine is on a cloth so I can easily slide it in and out from underneath the cabinets not because it leaks 😁
As many reviews have commented there is decent amount of power from the steam wand. It’ll take a couple of attempts to get to grips with but it’s not too difficult. The machine is a joy to use and the coffee you can produce is on par with anything available in a commercial establishment. I would recommend upgrading to an 18 gram basket as the stock basket will only hold about 16 grams. For consistency I also use a self levelling and spring calibrated tamp rather than the one supplied with the machine.
This replaces a previous model of the Sylvia which I found reliable.

How long do orders take to arrive?
We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.
Selected commercial catering equipment and commercial coffee machines may take slightly longer; this will be shown at checkout if applicable.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.
Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our SSL-secure, 100% PCI-compliant checkout pages. You may also pay using express payment providers such as PayPal Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
