We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Selected commercial catering equipment and commercial coffee machines may take slightly longer; this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.

Fantastic, beautiful product

Every espresso machine owner needs a tamping mat, so why not have a beautiful black cat-shaped one?
It is really cute, and super practical as well - a tamper sits comfortably on the cat's head, a groove is available for spouted portafilters (works well with the stock Gaggia Classic portafilter) and there is just enough space to the right of that to tamp a naked/bottomless portafilter.
Would be a great gift for the cat & espresso lover in your life (which can be yourself..!)

Great little machine, purchased as I wanted to upgrade from my Sage Grinder, and really noticed a difference off the espresso quality. It’s a great addition to my kitchen, although it feels heavy and solid it’s really compact. Super easy to operate, although I’ve only had it since Christmas I’m already noticing a real difference in the coffee I’m making. Would recommend this grinder to anyone who wants to improve their home barista set up, without spending silly money.
