One of the newest additions to Eureka's range of Mignon grinders - the Libra boasts inbuilt weighing technology for extreme precision, reducing waste and improving coffee flavour. Perfect for home users and small commercial outlets.

The Grind By Weight system is a feature normally found on much more expensive grinders, such as the Mahlkonig E65 GBW, which retail around £2,000.

Professional Group and Filter Holder

One of the standout features of the Rancilio Silvia Pro X is its commercial-grade components. The Silvia is equipped with a commercial grade 58mm portafilter and solid brass saturated group, which provides great temperature stability and excellent compatibility with most grinders, plus portafilter upgrades, such as VST baskets.

Professional Steam Wand 

The professional steam wand with commercial grade valve holes makes the best milk froth for gorgeous cappuccinos at the comfort of your home.

Thermal Stability

The Silvia Pro X’s impressive thermal stability puts it in the top class of domestic espresso machines.

Soft Infusion

By activating the soft infusion function, water at reduced pressure from the coffee boiler is gently distributed to the coffee panel. This function, with adjustable duration from 0 to 6 seconds, allows the coffee panel to be prepared in the best possible way and promotes a smooth and efficient extraction, i.e. capable of preserving and enhancing the sensory characteristics of each type of blend or single-origin coffee.

Dual Boiler Design

The Pro X features two boilers, one for the brew group and one for the steam arm. This allows you to pull shots and steam milk simultaneously. It also helps to maintain temperature, as using the steam arm doesn't reduce pressure or temperature in the brew group, leading to more consistent espresso.

Two Internal PID Temperature Controllers 

PID is an electronic temperature regulation system. It reacts to temperature fluctuations much quicker than a traditional manual switch, leading to much more consistent temperature in the group, which reduces the variance in shot quality.

Built In Shot Timer

The machine features a shot timer on the screen, which allows you to dial in much more easily, and is a really handy feature that's normally found on much more expensive machines.

Consistent and Reliable Espresso Grinding

The Mignon Libra is a unique option that weighs the resultant ground coffee each time, rather than grinding for a set period, so you have a precise dose for each shot. This makes it very easy to dial in and maintain shot times. It is incredibly accurate, with a dose consistency of 0.1 - 0.15g, super quiet, features large 55mm hardened steel burrs and has micrometric adjustment via a large dial.
