With a compact and modern design, the Eureka DISKO is ideal for baristas and home users that wish to speed up their workflow and gain an extra layer of consistency by ensuring that the puck is tamped with the exact same force each time, quickly and easily. Also helps to avoid unnecessary fatigue in high-volume coffee shops.

But same coffee same gram of coffee same pulling hard shape away use levelling mix and this temper machine it is always different extraction time. Between 26 and 30 seconds
I want it for example always on 28 seconds everything formulated but still not consistently having the same time

How long do orders take to arrive?

We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Selected commercial catering equipment and commercial coffee machines may take slightly longer; this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Freight orders and palletised deliveries are typically sent via the pallet network.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our SSL-secure, 100% PCI-compliant checkout pages. I bought a replacement espresso machine as my old ones pump failed. The ordering process was easy, the price right and delivery arrived to my scottish island home quickly and with no surcharge. What impressed me most was the packaging. The Rancilio machine I bought was well packed from the factory, but it was encased in a larger box with extra protection, which is superb as I've had deliveries from other companies that have not survived the trip.
