We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Selected commercial catering equipment and commercial coffee machines may take slightly longer; this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Freight orders and palletised deliveries are typically sent via the pallet network.

Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our SSL-secure, 100% PCI-compliant checkout pages. You may also pay using express payment providers such as PayPal Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note, however, that Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are not available at checkout for larger baskets. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
