The RFE16C is a powerful single tank, 16ltr, fryer. It’s ideal for fresh or frozen chips (25kg/h fresh output). The cold zone of oil below the elements helps to prolong the life of your oil. It has three power settings; 4Kw for maintaining oil temperature, 8Kw for fresh cooking and 12Kw for high capacity / frozen product.
Features: Safety tap for easy oil drainage; 180'C operating thermostat; additional safety thermostat; safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of element; heat resistant basket handle.
