The Botticelli Evolution includes many of the great features of the Cellini Evolution but with dual boilers and dual PID control. This means you can pull shots and steam milk at the same time, with no dip in performance. PID temperature control is also much more consistent, and allows you to maintain accurate temperatures, which can be adjusted to your preferred setting. Overall it's a truly impressive system.
