Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu captures the unique aromas and flavours of this world-famous citrus fruit. Yuzus were indigenous to South East Asia. They are a hybrid of a mandarin and the ichang papeda, and have similar aromas and flavour notes to lemons. Japan is the largest global producer of Yuzus are producing over 27,000 tonnes every year. Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu is perfect to add an vibrant twist into lemonades, iced teas, smoothies, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Fresh aromatic citrus on the nose with flavours of rich orange marmalade and zesty lemon on the palate.
- Used in iced beverages from lemonades to iced tea, cocktails and mocktails
- Use 15-30ml per serve for cocktails, 30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, or 15ml for iced teas and lemonades, depending on recipe.
- Contains 45% fruit including 25% yuzu. Natural flavourings. Suitable for vegan, vegetarian diets. Alcohol-free, Halal, Kosher. Shelf stable: 18-24 months before opening and 4 weeks after opening in a clean, dry at room temperature (<25 ° C)
