Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Freight orders and palletised deliveries are typically sent via the pallet network.

Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that commercial catering equipment is subject to different terms due to its special-order nature, so we kindly ask that you review our full returns policy on the checkout page for details regarding the catering range.

What impressed me most was the packaging. The Rancilio machine I bought was well packed from the factory, but it was encased in a larger box with extra protection, which is superb as I've had deliveries from other companies that have not survived the trip.
