Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I bought this model, since it has no display and just grinds coffee beans. It's a shame that most of the regular grinders from Eureka have displays on these days. I wasn't in the market for a single dose grinder but it is actually really useful for switching between decaf and normal.
