MONIN Honey syrup has a light, floral nose, with a sweet acacia honey taste. MONIN Honey syrup is made using real Honey, and has the perfect consistency to dissolve immediately in both hot and cold beverages. MONIN Honey syrup is perfect for adding a sweet, floral hit to hot chocolates, teas, smoothies and Frappés. Add MONIN Honey syrup to Gin, and lemon juice to create the classic Prohibition cocktail ‘Bees Knees.’
  • Flavour: A rich, round aroma on the nose, followed by a complex honey profile on the palate.
  • Used in hot drinks, dessert drinks, milkshakes, mocktails, cocktails
  • Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, depending on recipe
