We offer both Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) is FREE for UK orders over £100 + VAT, or just £4.99 + VAT if you spend less than that.

Next Working Day delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT.

We work with a range of trusted couriers, and the one we use for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Typically, smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. For larger, wholesale or international orders, we generally use Parcelforce, APC, FedEx and Amazon Shipping. Yes, we do! Our policy lasts 30 days. We just ask that your order is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I bought a replacement espresso machine as my old ones pump failed. The ordering process was easy, the price right and delivery arrived to my scottish island home quickly and with no surcharge. What impressed me most was the packaging. The Rancilio machine I bought was well packed from the factory, but it was encased in a larger box with extra protection, which is superb as I've had deliveries from other companies that have not survived the trip.
