Bought this as a refurbished machine at a discounted price. Arrived with outer casing loose from main frame (that’s why it was discounted) Took me about me about 10 mins to re fix the outer case in place, now back to as- new condition, brilliant! Love the machine, really well built with quality components and making great coffee! I have to say my experience with Clumsy Goat was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the process including answering questions before I bought it. Delivery was next day after ordering and it arrived extremely well packaged. I can’t recommend Clumsy Goat highly enough, a joy to deal with. James

Barista Express Impress - Impressed!

I have wanted to invest in a good mid-range coffee machine for quite sometime. I had researched many options before finally deciding on this machine. The biggest attraction for me was that it takes a lot of the guesswork out of making the perfect coffee time after time as some of the processes required by alternative machines are handled consistently superbly well. Coffee dosing, weight, grind size and a superb lever-press mechanism are superb. I almost ended up with the Barista Express Pro but am so pleased to have ended up with the Express Impress - super!

Eureka Mignon Zero review

My second coffee grinder but my first ‘proper’ grinder!! This, for me, is cracking product. The set up is very easy and when I weigh 18gm of beans I get 18gm of ground coffee with no lumping. The ability to change the grind size is pretty precise and easily changed. Maintenance is straightforward as well. I highly recommend this product.

Great service and great machine

I recently ordered a Rancilio Silvia Pro X from Clumsy Goat. It was delivered well within the delivery estimate and the machine was very well packed to avoid any damage (there was a small hole in the outer box - Parcel Force’s issue, not Clumsy Goat’s - but the packing inside that box meant the box around the machine itself was completely undamaged). I was kept well updated on the order and delivery process and the machine itself is great! It has quite a steep learning curve, but there are loads of ‘how to’ guides on YouTube so it’s not too hard to start making fabulously tasty coffee

Coffee time

I saw this in an article on coffee in The Guardian. I usually use an ordinary filter or can also use ground coffee oinmy DeLonghi bean to cup machine. The Coffee Dripper is the best method by far and I enjoy my ground coffee so much more.
