The M40 is one of the latest releases from La Cimbali. It's a premium, sustainably made, economical dual boiler machine that also features the incredible PGS system. This allows compatible grinders to communicate with the machine and adjust the grind size automatically based on the machine's output, ensuring optimal consistency.

The M40 is one of La Cimbali's most premium offerings, featuring a range of advanced capabilities, sustainable construction, and lower energy consumption. All models can pair with compatible La Cimbali grinders via the PGS system, allowing them to communicate and automatically adjust the grind settings based on extraction times, ensuring shots remain within desired parameters.

PGS is a feature that sets the machine apart from competitors in this price range, enabling users to maintain much more consistent shots throughout the day. All models can be configured with TS4 steam wands, which allow users to steam milk with minimal skill. The combination of auto steam technology and PGS offers impressive consistency, even with high staff turnover and limited training.

Finally, all models are fitted with a dual boiler heating system, which creates incredible temperature consistency by separating the water systems used for steam and coffee.
