How do I get a machine from Clumsy Goat?
It’s a really quick and easy process. Just drop us a message using the contact form below or give us a call on 01706 452922. One of our friendly sales team will talk you through the best options for your business. Once you're happy with a machine and ready to order, we’ll either send over an invoice or, if you’d prefer to lease, start the approval process—it’s usually very fast. As soon as that’s sorted, we’ll arrange installation at a time that’s convenient for you.

Of course! Our friendly and experienced sales team is always happy to help and can guide you through everything. Most of our customers order over the phone or by email, but if you'd like to see the machines in action, feel free to book a showroom visit too!

How does the lease process work?
Leasing is a popular option that allows you to rent a coffee machine for a specific period in exchange for fixed monthly rental payments.
It allows you to avoid the large expense of buying a machine outright so you can invest money in other areas.
When leasing a machine you can receive the equipment you need right away, rather than waiting until you have budget available. You may also be able to receive tax relief that you wouldn't otherwise be entitled to when purchasing outright, along with the option to upgrade your machine to the latest model when the contract ends.
Leasing is typically available for a fixed duration of anywhere from 2-5 years and has flexible options at the end, where you can choose to extend the term, give the machine back or upgrade to a brand new machine with the latest upgrades.
Can I purchase a machine instead of leasing one?
Absolutely! We have both options available for all of our commercial machines.
Do you offer servicing?
We offer both one-off servicing and service contracts for all our commercial coffee machines. You can choose a plan at the time of purchase or add one later—whatever suits you best. Our nationwide coverage means fast call-out times whenever you need support.
