The Faema Prestige family spans compact, standard and enhanced configurations, giving businesses a clear route from lower-footprint installations to higher-capacity multi-group service. Stainless steel detailing, customisable side and back panels, updated interfaces and optional tall cup versions help the range adapt to both visual concept and workflow requirements.

From compact sites and smaller bars through to busier coffee shop settings, the range is structured around familiar commercial espresso operation with model-specific differences in boiler size, power configuration and feature package. Prestige Compact is the space-saving entry point, Prestige A builds on that with broader optional workflow upgrades, and Prestige+ adds Smart Boiler, Green Machine technology, cup warmer functionality and connectivity-oriented kit options for a more advanced specification.

It is the most space-conscious entry in the range, with the Prestige design language in a format suited to smaller bars and lower-volume service.

  • Compact A/2

    This two-group compact version combines a 7-litre boiler, 57 kg build and 2800–3300 W power rating with a reduced footprint for counters where space is limited. It offers the practicality of a two-group layout while keeping the machine more compact than the full-size Prestige models.

  • Prestige A/2

    A full-size two-group machine with an 11-litre boiler, 64 kg body and 4200–5000 W three-phase power specification for steady commercial output. It is a balanced option for cafés that want traditional service capacity with the broader workflow and option set of the Prestige A platfo

What sets the Prestige range apart is the way it combines retro-led design with a broad choice of configurations rather than treating style as a surface detail alone. Prestige Compact delivers a space-conscious footprint in one- and two-group compact formats, while Prestige A and Prestige+ extend the platform into higher-capacity two- and three-group machines. Across the family, the machines share updated interface elements, adjustable filter holder design and optional workflow upgrades such as AutoSteam, tall cup configuration, group lights and additional LED bar options, depending on model.

Prestige+ adds the most technically differentiated package within the range. It introduces Smart Boiler and Green Machine features alongside an adjustable thermic control with knob, integrated group lights and front LED bar, with an optional Wi-Fi kit and EVO computer interface kit available. That makes it the most feature-rich version for sites that want stronger service support potential, more advanced machine management options and a more prominent front-of-house presence.

Prestige A sits in the middle with traditional two- and three-group architecture, adjustable thermic control and a practical list of optional additions including cup warmer, group lights, LED bar, hot water economiser, AutoSteam and tall cup conversion. Prestige Compact focuses on smaller format deployment, but still offers the same design language, updated LED interface and adjustable brass filter holder, making it a strong option where counter depth and width matter as much as output.

Leasing is a popular option that allows you to rent a coffee machine for a specific period in exchange for fixed monthly rental payments.

Recently moved to this Machine from my previous (De Longhi) one. I felt that my love of coffee and the thing that starts my day warranted a better coffee. I couldn't justify my skills for the purchase of the new 'Up' machine so went for the EVO pro Classic (Brass Boiler). Still getting used to it, but am enjoying. The functionality is easy to understand and operate, its just the application that you have to learn, but am getting there.
No complaints with the delivery from Clumsy Goat and the follow up and the machine is a good one.

Great machine

After a lot of research I decided to get the Silvia for my espresso needs. I have never had an espresso machine before so I am as much as a beginner as they come :)

Miss Silvia was packaged very nicely and very secure. The team at Clumsy Goat were so great too! Replied to my email within a few minutes and were very helpful and friendly. The machine arrived very quickly too.

I am using the Baratza Encore ESP Pro to grind the coffee and I am able to pull really good espressos. Takes a bit of playing around and I obviously don't have the pallet necessary to distinguish very subtle changes in the shots I am pulling but I am very satisfied with the taste, not bitter not sour, very pleasant to drink straight.

I am not a milky coffee person but I have made a few attempt at making a latte. The steam pressure is crazy and I do struggle with putting the milk jug in and out, the space under the wand is a bit tight for me so I will look at getting a knock drawer to put under the machine to elevate it a bit. But with all that I think I made a successful milky coffee the third time I tried it haha.

I will look at a PID in the future, but for now the machine came with everything you need to pull a shot. The portafiller and tamper seem to be really good quality, might upgrade to a naked portafiller in the future as well . The machine itself is of course very qualitative and with proper care it should last for a very long time.

I am very happy with it and I look forward to using it every single day. I do recommend it to anyone looking to get an espresso machine but they're not looking at a plug and play type of experience. If you're willing to learn and increase your knowledge and experience with different coffees and grind size etc this is a good, realiable machine.
