Once you're happy with a machine and ready to order, we’ll either send over an invoice or, if you’d prefer to lease, start the approval process—it’s usually very fast. As soon as that’s sorted, we’ll arrange installation at a time that’s convenient for you.

What sets the E71 Touch apart is the way it brings touchscreen control into the E71 platform without losing the bar-focused engineering of the range. Each group is equipped with a 4.3-inch display that is positioned horizontally and designed to remain visible from different angles, making dose selection simple and immediate during service. Supported by Newton electronics, the interface can be personalised by choosing the number and colour of the programmable dose buttons.

The machine is also designed to work as part of a more connected coffee setup. Barista Drive System enables communication between the E71 Touch and an on demand doser grinder, helping the barista by indicating the dose to be extracted and illuminating the relevant dose button. The PGS system extends this approach through Bluetooth connection with the doser grinder to support grind adjustment in terms of dose and size, reducing the need for manual intervention.

From a workflow point of view, Faema has combined automation, ergonomics, and service practicality in meaningful ways. The optional AutoSteam system froths milk automatically and uses a Cold Touch cover for safer handling, while the service display allows selection of four recipes with three milk frothing levels plus warm milk only. A Purge function supports quick cleaning of the automatic wand after use. New ergonomic filter holders with a 10° anatomical handle, flat cup base, and modular long or short spouts are designed to improve grip, stability during tamping, cup division, and day-to-day hygiene.

I bought this model, since it has no display and just grinds coffee beans. It's a shame that most of the regular grinders from Eureka have displays on these days. I wasn't in the market for a single dose grinder but it is actually really useful for switching between decaf and normal.
