Faema E61

A classic icon, reworked for modern espresso service.

The Faema E61 range is built for businesses that want more than a standard commercial machine. It combines the unmistakable visual language of one of espresso’s most recognisable designs with upgraded internals that make it practical for contemporary front-of-house use. Stainless steel bodywork, analogue gauges and the distinctive E61 format give it strong counter presence, while the updated specification supports reliable daily performance.

Within the range, operators can choose between the semi-automatic Legend and the automatic Jubilé depending on the level of control and automation required. With one-, two- and three-group formats across the line-up, the E61 range can be positioned from lower-volume service points through to busier commercial settings, while maintaining the same emphasis on extraction stability, usability and enduring design character.

  • Jubilee A1

A compact one-group automatic model with two steam wands, one hot water wand and a 6-litre boiler, designed for sites that want E61 styling with practical beverage dosing in a smaller footprint. It suits lower-volume professional settings where space is limited but hot drink versatility is still important.

  • Jubilee A2

A two-group automatic version with two steam wands, one hot water wand and an 11-litre boiler, giving it stronger service capacity for busier commercial use. It is a well-balanced choice for cafés and hospitality venues that want classic looks with faster, more standardised workflow.

  • Legend S1

A one-group semi-automatic machine with one steam wand, one hot water wand and a 6-litre boiler, offering hands-on control in a compact format. It is ideal for operators who want the traditional E61 experience in lower-volume service environments.

  • Legend S2

A two-group semi-automatic model with one steam wand, one hot water wand and an 11-litre boiler, built to support steady commercial espresso service with manual engagement. It suits businesses that want classic barista control and iconic counter presence in a more capable day-to-day machine.

  • Legend S3

A three-group semi-automatic machine with two steam wands, one hot water wand and a 17.5-litre boiler, created for higher-output service and larger teams. It is the range’s most substantial manual model, suited to busy venues that need capacity without giving up the traditional E61 format.

What sets the Faema E61 apart is the way its historic brew architecture has been retained while key working components have been modernised for commercial use. The range uses a built-in volumetric pump designed to deliver water at the ideal 9-atmosphere pressure and to keep that pressure constant throughout extraction. Compared with traditional lever-machine behaviour, this supports a more stable and repeatable espresso process during day-to-day service.

The preinfusion system is another defining part of the machine’s identity. By extending the contact time between water and the coffee bed before full extraction, it helps promote more even extraction and supports the organoleptic qualities of the espresso. Faema also pairs the classic body design with practical operating updates including automatic boiler fill, dual pressure gauges for monitoring pump and boiler pressure, and an adjustable thermal balancing system.

Across the range, the distinction between Legend and Jubilé is important. Legend is the semi-automatic version for operators who want traditional manual engagement, while Jubilé adds dosed hot water and beverage selections for a more automated workflow. This gives the platform a wider commercial reach, from style-led speciality environments to venues that need faster, more standardised drink preparation.

Leasing is a popular option that allows you to rent a coffee machine for a specific period in exchange for fixed monthly rental payments.

It allows you to avoid the large expense of buying a machine outright so you can invest money in other areas.

When leasing a machine you can receive the equipment you need right away, rather than waiting until you have budget available. You may also be able to receive tax relief that you wouldn't otherwise be entitled to when purchasing outright, along with the option to upgrade your machine to the latest model when the contract ends.

Leasing is typically available for a fixed duration of anywhere from 2-5 years and has flexible options at the end, where you can choose to extend the term, give the machine back or upgrade to a brand new machine with the latest upgrades.

Absolutely! We have both options available for all of our commercial machines.

We do! We have a wide range of all the accessories and cleaning products you need to get started.

We offer both one-off servicing and service contracts for all our commercial coffee machines. You can choose a plan at the time of purchase or add one later—whatever suits you best. Our nationwide coverage means fast call-out times whenever you need support.

We do. If you'd like to order our coffee for your business, please get in touch — we’d be happy to hear from you.
