Good solid piece of kit

First impressions out of the box are that it is a good solid piece of kit. The manual is a little spartan as to detail but there is plenty online as to setting up and finding the zero point of the burrs. Once you have done that the micro adjustments for step less dialling in for espresso are very good. However, if you regularly shift to other brew methods it could be a little frustrating.
For what I require , single dosing , espresso, limited retention with good adjustment it’s pretty spot on. As a bonus great price and delivery from Clumsy Goat .

Great Customer Service

I ordered 1kg of the Fairtrade Italian Espresso and paid via GPay. For some reason it set an old (15yrs old) delivery address, which I didn't notice at the time.

To cut a long story very short, CG stepped in and provided a very satisfactory conclusion to the sorry saga - even though none of this was their fault.

Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Best GBW grinder from Eureka

I bought this grinder so that I could eliminate weighing of beans or ground coffee each time I grind for espresso. Or to dial in the beans.
Out of the box, the weight was bang on target only few times away by 0.2gms, otherwise mostly within 0.1gms.
Very quiet compared to some of the grinders in this range. Sturdy body, won’t move a millimetre when operating.
Also, the grinder has cool features and easy to setup.
It accepts both portafilter or dosing cup for grinding.
Didn’t struggle like I had with the Libra with “FH” error.
Display is super crisp, responsive and colored. Navigating through the menu is very easy.

Appreciate Clumsy Goat for their support with the purchase of this grinder and sorting issues with previous one.
Super helpful with my queries. Shout out to Kate.
