Dalla Corte’s Zero Plus Barista Total Dark is a statement-piece commercial espresso machine that pairs striking, low-profile design with serious barista control. Using Digital Flow Regulation (DFR), you can shape each shot in up to five steps by switching between 3, 5, 7 and 9 g/s flow rates via the digital menu or side lever, then save, name and recall up to 50 custom profiles. Add in the optional DC System (including Grinder Control System and Online Control System) and an intuitive touch interface showing flow, time and real-time weight, and you get repeatable, dialled-in extractions with the freedom to experiment—wrapped in a carbon-offset production programme via Dalla Corte’s PlaNet initiative.

The next evolution of flow profiling.

Born from Dalla Corte’s “Year Zero” platform first unveiled at Host 2019, the Zero range set out to put the barista at the centre of performance and design. Zero Plus builds on that foundation with Digital Flow Regulation (DFR): precise flow control from 3 to 9 g/s, configurable in up to five programmable steps, so you can craft, save, name and recall up to 50 shot profiles for consistent results in busy service. With Freestyle and Fixed modes, connected DC System capability, and PlaNet carbon-offset production, it’s a modern commercial machine defined by control, repeatability, and standout bar presence.

The Zero Plus Barista Total Dark lets you actively manage water flow through the coffee using Digital Flow Regulation, so you can build and save step-by-step flow “recipes” for different coffees and styles, then recall them consistently during service. Combined with its connected DC System tools and a clear interface that keeps key brewing data in view, it’s designed to help a barista dial in more precisely, experiment more confidently, and deliver the same result shot after shot.

I bought this model, since it has no display and just grinds coffee beans. It's a shame that most of the regular grinders from Eureka have displays on these days. I wasn't in the market for a single dose grinder but it is actually really useful for switching between decaf and normal.
