The Dalla Corte XT is a commercial espresso machine built for baristas who want precise control and repeatable results, combining manual flow profiling on each group (so you can adjust flow in real time and develop distinct extraction “recipes”) with an integrated Weight System that converts water flow into accurate gram dosing, removing the need for scales and simplifying button programming. Each group is independently managed by an updated PID temperature control system and displays live brewing variables for stable, consistent performance across different coffees, while optional smart ecosystem features support one-touch milk frothing via the Milk Control System and automatic grind adjustment through the Grinder Control System to keep extractions consistent throughout service. Designed for durability and straightforward servicing, it uses FDA-standard lead-free brass and carries NSF certification, and it also incorporates energy-saving functions such as a low-power system and timer; it’s offered in two- and three-group configurations for different bar setups.

I bought this model, since it has no display and just grinds coffee beans. It's a shame that most of the regular grinders from Eureka have displays on these days. I wasn't in the market for a single dose grinder but it is actually really useful for switching between decaf and normal.
