The Dalla Corte Evo2 takes a timeless espresso machine silhouette and upgrades it with precision engineering built for high-volume service. With patented multi-boiler thermal stability and 0.1°C temperature adjustment, it helps dial in a sweet spot and repeat it—shot after shot, shift after shift.

Designed for practical, barista-forward workflow, Evo2 focuses on speed and usability at the bar—paired with DC System compatibility to extend control and consistency as your operation grows.

Independent brewing groups support energy-saving operation by allowing unused groups (or the boiler) to be switched off, helping performance stay efficient without sacrificing in-cup quality.

    Higher-throughput 940 mm platform with a 13 L boiler and 0.5 L group capacity to support sustained peak service.

I bought this model, since it has no display and just grinds coffee beans. It's a shame that most of the regular grinders from Eureka have displays on these days. I wasn't in the market for a single dose grinder but it is actually really useful for switching between decaf and normal.
