Our servicing and maintenance programme is structured to prolong the life of your equipment without any additional monthly fees, as your cover is based purely on your consumables usage, which includes items such as coffee, tea, sugars and disposables (cups, straws, food boxes etc.). We will also contact you when you're free service is due, for complete peace of mind.

You do not have to commit to a spending figure with us and we do not charge any penalties if you don't reach the minimums shown. If you would like to book a service visit and your average monthly spend is below the minimums, it would simply be charged at our standard rate.

If you would like to make use of this programme please contact your account manager. We just have a simple form to complete and the programme will be activated. The form is very brief can be signed electronically. 

In addition to servicing we also have extended warranties available that can be added to your lease or purchased upfront.
