MONIN Caramel sauce is a perfect match for all coffee, chocolate and cocktail applications, as well as being an excellent ingredient in cooking and baking. The delicious rich flavour of caramel has been used in sweet treats for centuries due to its rich and luxurious flavour profile.

Flavour: Rich and decadent caramel notes on the nose. Followed by buttery, creamy caramel flavours on the palate.
Used for dessert toppings, milkshakes, Frappés, garnish
Use 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, depending on recipe

Rancilio Silvia V6E

I had an excellent experience with Clumsy Goat. The price was good, ordering was straightforward. The product was delivered on time with no damage to the packaging. The Silvia works perfectly. Coffee is excellent. I use a Sage smart grinder pro. I previously had a Gaggia Tebe III (similar to Classic). The coffee is as good if not better. The build quality and materials used make for a quality feel, much more so than the Tebe. I would happily recommend Clumsy Goat Coffee and the Rancilio Silvia.

A great dosing funnel.

I've owned several dosing funneis and each one needed improvement in some respect, either poor fit..no magnetic features.. inadequate depth.
this one gets it right.. it's deep enough to ensure no mess when grinding straight into the basket..it fits snuggly and it's magnetic so it stays put.Excellent!

Sage Dynamic Duo

After not making coffee for over 5+ years and annoyed with buying bad coffee in the mornings. I decided to invest in this machine. Amazing machine produces amazing milk drinks and espresso shots. Currently making over 10+ double espresso drinks a day and doing great. (Not just one person). Grinder is good for the price. (Not really used many grinders) Good for the hopper and consistent grinds within 0.5g. Not ideal if you are going to be wanting to change beans frequently. But does the job on the 5+ beans i have tried so far. Fast service by clumsy goat. Would recommend

Simple and Effective

My old Krups grinder died so it was time for an upgrade. I wanted something simple with no timers or touchscreens etc to go wrong and consign a basic device to scrap. I also wanted something that could survive any future upgrade from moka pot to espresso machine.

The Eureka Mignon Manuale ticked those boxes at a sensible price - it shares the fundamentals with the rest of the Mignon range without any of the frills. I was concerned that as it didn't have the noise reduction features that it'd be loud, but I needn't have worried because it is significantly less obnoxious than the old grinder. By comparison the grinding noise is actually quite pleasant. Another bonus is the complete lack of static electricity from the grinding which results in less mess. There is also a complete absence of clumping due to the very uniform grind - giving a very consistent flavour.

It took a few brews to dial-in the optimal grind for my Alessi 9090 stove-top 6 cup moka pot, but now that's done a 12 second grind gives precisely the right amount for a 3 cup brew and 22 seconds for a full 6 cup brew.

Clumsy Goat were most helpful in providing some additional dimensions on the phone which gave confidence to place the order online. The grinder was then delivered next-day.

All-in-all, an excellent service for an excellent product. Many thanks - I'm impressed!

Good quality, works well

This coffee grinder is easy to use and works well for French press and filter coffee. It doesn’t have a folding handle as in the illustration on the website. It is made in China but appears to be good quality.
