The Verona is a great option for premium coffee spaces. It's available in two different variations, the SED single boiler and the RS multi-boiler.
The Verona SED model is a classic retro design with iconic American elegance and Verona quality. Attractive and unique, this machine combines the essence of 1960s automotive vehicles with the power and reliability of modern Sanremo coffee machines. Inside its vintage shell is a large single boiler accompanied by classic E61 group heads. The boiler temperature is controlled and maintained by a PID system to give optimal brew temperature and consistency, enabling the barista to produce the perfect espresso.
The RS is World Coffee Events Certified, offering advanced temperature stability and energy-efficient extraction. The Verona RS is a classic sporty espresso machine with a retro design. If you are after a high-performance machine with a classic finish, this espresso machine with a revamped engine gives you absolute control for supreme coffee consistency. Available as a 2 or 3 group machine (Tall cup version also available), the Verona RS delivers both aesthetically and mechanically. Its custom-made lighting enhances its updated design and gives it an attractive look that, together with its WCE recognition, results in outstanding performance every time.
The RS offers incredible temperature stability; the temperature of each coffee boiler can be set separately for each unit, and the dispensing of water for coffee and steam is kept completely separate, preventing any unwanted variances. The control unit manages three different temperature reading levels, thus ensuring the highest levels of thermal stability, with a variation of ±0.2°C and full steam power. Each group head has its own dedicated boiler supplied by a unique heat exchanger hydraulic circuit. The Verona RS is an amalgamation of reliable classic engineering and modern technology. Its sophisticated electronic system can significantly increase the strength, body, and sweetness of the coffee extracted.

The machines are available in two configurations, SED and RS. Beautiful and efficient, the Verona SED combines classic style with the power and reliability of any modern Sanremo machine, while the Verona RS offers top-level temperature stability, advanced technology, and precision to deliver world-class coffee every time.
2 group machines are usually best for low to medium volume sites (up to 250 drinks per day) and are generally the most popular choice.
3 group machines work well in busy environments (up to 450 drinks per day) where multiple baristas are using the machine at one time. Both of these models require a hard-wired power supply.
