Overview
Our servicing and maintenance contracts are structured to provide peace of mind and prolong the life of your equipment without any additional monthly fees, as your cover is based purely on your coffee usage.
In addition to servicing and extended warranties we also can provide free crockery, cleaning products and more, details of which are available below.
If you are a new business, we recommend starting off with an agreement for a smaller package, so you have the reassurance that you have a level of cover without committing to a higher monthly spend. We can then reassess after a 2 month period without any additional costs!

All machines need servicing from time to time, and will suffer issues during their lifetime. New government regulations also specify that a boiler safety check has to be carried out every 12 months. The cost of repairs can be very expensive - so it's important that you choose a service partner to protect your valuable investment and ensure consistent, quality coffee is maintained throughout the machine's lifetime.

If you start on a lower tier and find you're serving a lot more coffee than you thought, we can move you up to a more complete package free of charge.
monthly spend is based on quarterly averages
We don't expect every month to be the same, so if you spend a little less one month and a little more another, it doesn't matter as long as the average is over the agreed value.
