And it was a great move. Silvia is a perfect beginners machine but the Pro X really future proofs the art for those who want to go deeper. Expensive, yes, but great value considering similar dual boiler machines start at x2 the cost and go all the way up to 4x the cost. If you are happy with a heat exchanger though then agree it’s a more competitive field
