These machines have obviously been designed and developed by someone whom cares about precision and quality. It’s an absolute delight to use.
Fantastic home set up - couldn’t have asked for a better set up (especially with a 9 bar spring and PID) and clumsy goat was excellent.

Have been using a Delonghi bean to cup coffee matching for the last 7 years, which sprung a leak so was time to renew.
The Sage Express impress fitted in our price range and for ease of use with the ability to experiment at the weekends.
Didn’t take too long to adjust the settings to get a good espresso with plenty of help from YouTube.
And now my wife has decided she wants in on the action as it’s easier to use than she first thought and she is happily making espresso’s and long blacks.
The steam function is a lot more powerful than on our old machine and is going to take a lot more practice to perfect.
But overall really happy with our purchase and getting a much improved coffee compared to our old machine.

We have had our new Rancilio Espresso machine and Eureka grinder for aound a month. It is used every day and several times a a day with 5 coffee drinkers in the house. My son wife and daughter drink cappuccino with French Vanilla and I drink it as it comes with a dash of water. Our experience to date has been exemplary. The products and consumables bought are delivering everything our hopes desired and on top of this the service from the Clumsy Goat team has been second to none. They helped us make the right choice of machines and when some of our consumables failed to arrive with the main delivery they had a replacement order in process within minutes, and I mean minutes, of being advised of the short ship. I could not recommend these guys highly enough.
