My future tamper of choice.

Although I have my technique largely dialed in,I occasionally get inconsistent pulls when using the same grind and dose settings.Things seem to have improved since I tried the Motta wave tamper.The ridged tamping surface seems to give more consistent operations when pulling espressos.Well made... recommended.
