MONIN Lime Known as 'the lemon of South America', limes are small green-yellow fruit with sour, acidic pulp, generally smaller and less sour than lemons. Limes are used for both the acidity of the juice and floral aroma of the rind. Many classic cocktails such as Gin and Tonic, Caipirinha, Margarita, Mojito and Cuba Libre have the tart, aromatic flavour of lime at their heart. Add MONIN Lime syrup to lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Strong nose of lime peel with a sweet and acidic taste.
- Use 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, depending on recipe
