The RFG8 is an efficient single tank, 8ltr, fryer. Equivalent to 6Kw this is a powerful yet compact fryer making it perfect for the mobile caterer. It’s ideal for fresh or frozen chips (13kg/h fresh output). Includes slotted “fish plate”. The burners are located beneath the oil container for ease of operation, cleaning and maintenance.

Features: Safety tap for easy oil drainage; 180'C operating thermostat; additional safety thermostat; hinged control panel for direct maintenance access; heat resistant basket handle; Piezo ignition.
