This is an excellent coffee maker . Clumsy goat have been excellent . However this is the third Aeropress I have owned . The previous models becoming degraded in the main coffee passage regulating in small bits of plastic falling off . So I bought the clear supposedly made with titan plastic which is shatterproof . The previous models did not shatter. This has started to show signs of degradation after 2 months of use . Small plastic lines have emerged near the top . The clear is more expensive but it seems even more prone to plastic changes at an earlier stage . Very disappointing . Also the type has come off despite it only being washed by hand .
This makes great coffee, considering getting rid of my pod machine now I have this! It is really quick and easy to clean. And a bonus that it is portable so you can carry it into work!
