A great Espresso

I used to think that the darker the roast,the better the espresso.I've discovered that,for me,a more medium, strength 4/5 is the way to a great Espresso and that's what drew me to this one from Clumsy Goat.A good depth.. with a chocolate background and a hint of sweetness in the finish.This is one I will be sampling again. Recommended.

Very nice aroma

The freshness of the package is unmissable. Smells beautiful specially when you grind. Though I have a basic espresso machine the taste is great.
